Your Wellbeing is Important

It is difficult studying abroad, in a new language, in a different culture, and away from family. Therefore, to keep healthy and to excel in your studies, you need to look after your wellbeing. 

There are just five steps you can take to improve your mental health and wellbeing. The videos below will introduce each of the steps. Trying these things can help you feel more positive and prepared for the challenges of being an international student.
