There are three simple steps to book:

2. After completing the form please send the Google form link to everyone in your group to complete, including yourself.
3. Indicate how you would like to make payment, which will be collected at a later date.

Please copy this google document link: https://forms.gle/ZJV3HuLgGusrhxan8 and send the link to all those who are in your group and ask them to fill it in (including yourself). This will help us allocate rooms, place people in small groups and collect dietary requirements…
The planning team will track student registration using the Google form and keep group leaders updated regarding names and numbers for each centre. From March onwards we will be finalising room allocations and will confirm with group leaders if they have filled the number of places booked. Please contact Lynette Teagle ([email protected]) if you would like to change your number of booked places at any point.

Once you have finalised how many are coming please pay either through ministry funds or bank transfer (Details given on the form above once filled in)
